As a resident or business in our neighborhood, we welcome you and invite you to become a member. There are no cost or fees to become a member. Please fill out this application and press the submit button below. If you have questions about membership or this association, please review our bylaws.

Members who provide their email address will receive timely updates on activities and events within occurring within our neighborhood. From time-to-time we will also forward important noticing or announcements from the City of Bend and Deschutes County. We do not share your information without your permission. All emails are sent Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) to assure your privacy. Members without email will receive an annual newsletter delivered by standard mail noticing our bi-annual general membership meetings.

Membership is open to any person, 18 years of age or older, who has resided in the neighborhood for at least 30 days. Any person or legal entity owning real property, leasing or renting real property, operating a business, or non-profit organization, within the boundaries of the NA, shall be accepted as a member of the NA upon written request. Such business members shall designate, in writing, a single designated representative.
